For exchanges, we advise that return your order within 24-48 hours to be liable for an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges for Returns are same as the delivery charge for that area (N1500 for mainland, N1000 for island, N2000 beyond Abraham Adesanya, N3500 outside Lagos/ Outskirts and other states respectively) when contacted within the stipulated time frame and conditions as the couriers regard this as a new delivery trip.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom color or print orders (colors that the item posted does not originally come in, that will mean you requested this color and it was made for you) WE CAN ONLY ALTER IT TO SUIT YOU.

The item(s) MUST physically be in our possession within the above time frame for the item to qualify for an exchange.

SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange regardless of the circumstance. ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
