We desire that you love and wear the outfits purchased from us, however, we understand that sometimes items may not be to your satisfaction.

All item(s) bought can be returned for exchange within 7 days from the day of purchase.

However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned following this policy;

Items returned must be in good condition, with labels and tags intact, with no stains, fragrance, deodorant scent, or makeup residue. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.

Please have the invoice of purchase to ensure the exchange is validated, as item(s) without invoices will not be accepted.

We do NOT give CASH Refund we only accept Exchanges for another product of the same value.

We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) not returned in good condition and we are unable to accept any items returned after the 7 days had elapsed.

Customer size products cannot be returned, only re-fitted to suit your body provided you return them within 7 days of delivery

Items bought on sale cannot be returned.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in the cost of the exchange will be required.

You are responsible for the delivery cost (To and from our shop) of your exchange, kindly inform us within 5 days of delivery.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our store. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send
